Overcost project manager

The role of the overcost project manager is to negotiate clinical research contracts and additional costs for external projects (industrial and academic) in the lymphoid and myeloid sectors.

He/she monitors the contractual life of research protocols, including the management of amendments if necessary, and controls the invoicing of contracts to guarantee their compliance.

He/she ensures the rigorous application of rules, standards and procedures related to contractual activities. At the same time, he/she develops, updates and deploys processes, protocols and instructions specific to the field.

The position also involves planning necessary activities and resources, with regular monitoring of technical, financial and human resources, as well as performance monitoring via structured reporting. Through his/her cross-functional role, the overcost project manager guarantees the smooth contractual and financial progress of clinical research projects.
