The sector project manager supervises clinical research studies in his/her sector of activity, optimizes the distribution of tasks, and collaborates with the clinical research manager to guarantee the smooth running of the trials.

Sector project managers (lymphoid, myeloid, laboratory) have several missions:

• Supervise clinical studies in their sector of activity, ensuring their smooth running.

• Supervise a specialized team including planning, task monitoring and compliance with protocols.

• Optimize the distribution of studies and tasks within the team to guarantee a balanced and efficient workload.

• Supervise the organization, monitoring and quality of data from clinical studies, while ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and current regulations.

• Ensure close collaboration with the head of the clinical research department, maintaining regular communication, structured reporting and monitoring of common objectives.
