Administrative and financial manager supervises a portfolio of hematology-related associations, overseeing financial, accounting, tax, analytical, administrative and HR aspects.

Administrative and Financial Manager (RAF) plays a pivotal role, combining varied and complex responsibilities.

He/she is in charge of the financial management of IRCCS and several other associations or endowment funds, ensuring rigorous and transparent accounting. He/she develops and monitors budgets, optimizes cash flow and ensures compliance with tax, accounting and legal regulations.

In the area of ​​human resources, RAF manages employment contracts, payroll, recruitment, and administers the remuneration policy, while ensuring compliance with labor law.

He/she works closely with the management of the various structures and all operational teams.
