Accounting secretary

Accounting secretary is in charge of the administrative and accounting management of several associations linked to hematology.

The accounting secretary is responsible for supplier accounts, which includes controlling, entering and paying invoices, as well as monitoring cash flow and processing expense reports. He/she also takes care of customer invoicing.

On the administrative level, he/she prepares tax receipts, writes thank-you letters to donors and ensures communication with them, whether by telephone or e-mail.

He/she is responsible for registering medical personnel at international conferences, as well as monitoring memberships, contributions and subscriptions to scientific journals.
